Cloud architect / DevOps / AI
Technology.
Work and joy.
I'm Miroslav Dvořák. I help teams design AWS infrastructure that can be operated and evolved safely. I've been in IT for over 30 years; today I connect cloud, automation and AI. And when I close the work laptop, I often open one of my own projects.

AI / Hackathon01
Sonic2Life
What would an assistant look like if you only had to say what you need? In Sonic2Life I'm experimenting with voice control built on Amazon Nova for seniors and people with visual impairments.
A hackathon project, not a verified health or safety aid.
Cloud / CLI02
$ clitka_
CLITKA
I like having AWS at hand in the terminal. CLITKA combines the command line and a text interface for managing cloud resources. Still in pre-alpha development.

Education / AI03
Czech spelling.
diktátOR
AI doesn't have to handle only work tasks. Here it helps with Czech spelling: it dictates a text and turns a photo of the notebook into feedback on the mistakes.

For the girls. And for AI agents.
stravacz-mcp
What's for lunch, and is it already ordered? For the girls, and for less manual clicking. An unofficial MCP integration with strava.cz gives AI agents tools to read the menu, check orders and order meals.

bakalari-mcp
Timetable, grades and absences through an AI assistant. Another project for the girls, connecting the school system with AI agents. An unofficial MCP server exposes data from Bakaláři through a signed-in account.

For fun. And out of curiosity.
Atoms for Girls
A Czech voice assistant for the smart home. It connects Home Assistant, a small Atom Echo microphone and Google Home speakers.

Teskitty
A Czech-speaking, KITT-style assistant for the Tesla browser. A playful experiment; the current voice version has not been verified in a car yet.

02 / Public showcase from work
From a sketch to a cloud design.
An AI agent that turns a hand-drawn architecture into an AWS design, a cost estimate and recommendations based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
This is just a public taste from a hackathon of what we work on at my job. For corporate cloud environments, together with the team, we are building much more advanced AI agents.
Wondering what they could do in your company? Get in touch on LinkedIn and I'll connect you with the team.
03 / How I work
Cloud that holds up
in real operations.
As a cloud architect and DevOps engineer I help teams with AWS infrastructure, automation and generative AI applications. I don't start by picking a service: first I need to understand the system, the risks and the people who will use and operate it.
Operations left me with a simple question: how will this be managed once someone actually starts using it? That is why I look for the simplest solution that is secure, documented and automated where it makes sense. Besides architecture, I care about Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and the everyday work of the people who keep systems running.
I started in system administration. Through servers, storage, virtualization and data center operations I got to the cloud. More than 30 years in IT help me tell what matters in a design.
AWS Golden Jacket
I'm a holder of the AWS Golden Jacket, which I earned by passing all AWS certification exams available at the time. The jacket is nice. What matters more to me is what I learned along the way and what I can apply in practice.
I don't only gain knowledge, though. As a subject matter expert in the AWS Certification SME Program I contribute to content for AWS Training and Certification, so I help create what others learn from and what they are tested on.
IT service management is part of the technical side too. I hold the ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL v3 Expert certifications. You can find my professional history on LinkedIn and my certification badges on Credly.
And when I'm not working?
Technology is fun for me at home too. I play with Home Assistant, design things for 3D printing and connect devices so that they save me a bit of work. I'm interested in photovoltaics and electromobility. Sometimes it turns into a useful tool, sometimes I just learn something.
I've taken part in several hackathons, including public ones. You can find some of the projects on my Devpost profile.
